Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Koopido. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Your Right to Return
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
How to Return
- Email us at info@koopido.nl within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided or instructed.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@koopido.nl within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened grooming products may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
