Refund policy

At Koopido, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, contact us at info@koopido.nl. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on used grooming or feeding products for hygiene reasons.
